Romania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated Nutrient Pollution Control Project-Additional Financing, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for Contracts administration and supervision of the works execution for “Manure Management Platforms and Composting Station in 51 local communities”.
